Silver Fizz

INGREDIENTS

1 oz STRANGEWAYS lemon cordial
1 oz egg white (egg white from a whole egg)
2 oz London dry gin or old tom gin
3 oz club soda

PARAPHERNALIA

TOOLS:
Shaker
Strainer

GLASS:
Collins/highball glass

PREPARATION

Build in cocktail shaker minus the soda. Dry shake and then shake well for 10 seconds. Strain into small shaker tin, discard ice, and pour back into large shaker. Add approximately 2 oz club soda to used shaker and pour into collins glass. Top off with soda to reach to the top of the glass or above.

Garnish: lemon wedge or wheel
