1oz lemon turmeric cordial 

.5 oz lillet or Blanco vermouth

3 oz dry sparkling wine

2 orange bitters

Build in a wine glass and add ice

Garnish: lemon wheel, ½ orange wheel, and an edible pansy if you’re feeling fancy
