Penicillin variation

INGREDIENTS

1 oz STRANGEWAYS lemon turmeric cordial
2 oz Mezcal
2 dashes of grapefruit or orange bitters
2 pieces of fresh ginger

PARAPHERNALIA

TOOLS:
Shaker
Strainer
Muddler

GLASS:
Double rocks

PREPARATION

Muddle two pieces of ginger about the size of a quarter. Build remaining ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake well and double fine strain over ice into a rocks glass.
