INGREDIENTS

1 oz STRANGEWAYS mint cordial
2 oz aged rum
3 oz sparkling wine
2 dashes angostura bitters

Shaker
Strainer

GLASS:
Double rocks

PREPARATION

Build in cocktail shaker minus the sparkling wine. Shake well for 10 seconds. Add sparkling wine to shaker and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.

Garnish: mint sprig/leaf
